509th Airborne Flag

From the first combat jump into WWII into Africa all the way to the Battle of the Bulge, the 509th distinguished itself during the initial years of its formation in almost every European theatre of WWI.  In mid-2004, after nearly 60 years, 1-509th deployed to Iraq. Alpha and Bravo companies were deployed to the areas surrounding Baghdad.

This is a standard 3' x 5' flag for hanging on most pole assemblies you can buy at local hardware stores and includes brass grommets for years of faithful service.  Features vibrant colors to scare the neighbors away.
